Nope! We accept orders of any size — from a single sticker or one custom hoodie to bulk runs of thousands. Every order gets the same attention.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) for best quality, but we also accept PNG, JPG, and PSD. Not sure if your file will work? Send it over and we'll let you know — we also offer free artwork cleanup.
Most orders are ready within 3–5 business days after artwork is approved. Rush orders are available — contact us for availability and pricing.
Both! You can pick up locally in Chico, CA, or we'll ship your order anywhere in the US. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size and weight.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing produces full-color, photo-quality designs on fabric — great for complex artwork or gradients. Embroidery stitches the design directly into the garment for a premium, textured look that lasts. Both are excellent — it depends on your design and preference. We're happy to advise!
Yes! If you have a cutting board, wine bottle, tumbler, or other item you'd like engraved, just bring it in or ship it to us and we'll take care of the rest. Contact us first to confirm the material is compatible with our laser.
